- The child’s face should be relatively clear and easy to see.
- A mix of close-ups and everyday moments creates the best story.
- If a few photos are blurry or too dark, we’ll simply use the best ones available.

How many photos do you need?
We suggest 15–25 high-quality photos. This range allows our creative team to craft a rich, dynamic visual experience that flows perfectly with your custom song. We'll provide guidance on which types of shots work best once you get started.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely! Every package includes up to 1 round of revisions (if needed). Revisions are intended for correcting glaring issues—for example, if a scene significantly warps a child’s face or if something was accidentally included that you dislike. Please note that included revisions are not for rewriting lyrics or making major structural production changes, and each included round is limited to 30 minutes of editing time. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately if your vision evolves.
How long does the process take?
Standard delivery is usually 5–7 business days. Express delivery (48–72 business hours) can be purchased as an upgrade for $49 (availability may be limited).
Do you offer gift certificates for families?
Yes. You can purchase any package as a gift. The recipient will receive a code and have one full year to redeem it for their video creation whenever they are ready with their favorite photos.
Will the animation look exactly like my child?
Our tools create a beautiful artistic interpretation of your child's likeness. While results are remarkably close and capture their spirit, please review our disclaimer below regarding the nuances of AI technology.

Refund & Cancellation
We want you to love your magical keepsake. Our policy ensures a fair process for both parties:
- Full Refund: If canceled within 24 hours of purchase and production has not yet started.
- Production Stage: Once custom songwriting or production begins, refunds are not guaranteed. We will always work with you to resolve concerns through our revision process.
- Post-Delivery: No refunds are issued after the final digital video has been delivered to you.
